Marking the close of Ramadan 2025, this monumental event celebrates the spirit of unity, connectivity, and the project’s mission of “Turning Strangers Into Friends.” Throughout Ramadan, Ramadan Tent Project has hosted a series of community-focused events, including Open Iftars, the Welcome Ramadan Conference, a striking biennial Ramadan Pavilion on display in Bradford’s Centenary Square, Fast a Day initiatives for office workers and a Ramadan Run Club for participants wanting to keep fit and promote mental wellbeing during the month of Ramadan.

The festival finale promises a memorable evening featuring inspirational speeches from esteemed guests, including Turkish Ambassador to the UK H.E Osman Koray Ertaş and other prominent figures. The celebration will also showcase a vibrant cultural performance from Mystic Sounds of Anatolia organised by Yunus Emre Institute.

Founded in 2013, the Ramadan Tent Project has grown into an award-winning charity renowned for fostering interfaith dialogue, social cohesion, and community spirit through its inclusive and welcoming events. Supported by generous partners and sponsors, the project continues to provide thousands of meals annually and create meaningful encounters across cultural and religious boundaries.

Omar Salha, Founder and CEO of Ramadan Tent Project said:
“From breaking our fast and marking the holy month of Ramadan in some of the most iconic landmarks in the country, sharing meals with people of all faiths and none and connecting hearts and minds under this year’s Ramadan Festival 2025 theme of Connection: this has been a truly memorable series of activations for us at Ramadan Tent Project. We give thanks to our partners, sponsors and Team Teal volunteers for supporting our mission of turning strangers into friends.

With a first Open Iftar at Windsor Castle and a final gathering here in Trafalgar Square, it truly is a reflection of the rich cultural tapestry that Britain extends to all. We look forward to welcoming thousands more visitors from all backgrounds across our Open Iftar events and throughout our Ramadan Festival 2026 programmes across London and the UK.”
